Storytime STEM-packs (2014-present)

Since 2014 CEAC has acted as an external evaluator of the Allegheny Intermediate Unit’s Math & Science Collaborative (AIU MSC) of Western PA and Westmoreland Library Network Storytime STEM-packs professional development. AIU MSC developed Storytime STEM-packs through an NSF I-CORP^TM grant (Award #1546720). AIU MSC has developed a complex model of professional development for teachers, administrators, and institutions of education, which has been customized specifically for this project. Librarians, library administrators, and early childhood educators participated in the 2018 Storytime STEM-packs orientation and implementation professional development (PD) program.
